Refund Policy
We try really hard to create useful and informative books, online courses, video tutorials, etc., and to only invite the best of the best to participate in our partner programs, but we know sometimes folks might not be as excited as we are about the item they purchased. Ok, now that we’re all on the same page, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with anything you purchased from TheCommunicationLeader.com, let us know (within 3 weeks/21 days–sound fair?) and we’ll cheerfully refund your money. How can we be so free and easy with our refund policy? Well, we’re nice people, generally speaking. But besides that, we know you’re just gonna love our stuff, so you’ll want to treasure it and pass it along as heirlooms to your grandkids!
