Any writer or speaker worth his or her salt would do well to learn a little something about sales psychology.

  • logos

This is what most people (if they’re lucky) learn about persuasion from their English Composition class in college. But what they don’t teach you is the next step, which is the added OOMPH that helps the most successful salespeople, advertisers, political campaign strategists, and religious and other non-profit organizations persuade us to buy their products, vote for them, or out and out give them our money.
